Staff Attorney for Fair Housing
Job Description
We are looking for TWO full-time, Spanish-speaking, Fair Housing Staff Attorneys to work in the Sacramento and Modesto areas. The role of the Fair Housing Staff Attorney is to provide education, counseling and limited scope representation to victims of housing discrimination, which also includes investigating incidences of housing discrimination, and conducting fair housing education presentations and outreach to home-seekers, housing providers, and community stakeholders.
