Job Description
As the Senior Director of Programs at LEAF, you will oversee the strategic planning, development, and execution of programs that support first-generation Latinx students in their journey through higher education and career pathways. This leadership role is key to fostering innovation, inclusivity, and excellence in our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and inspire program directors and managers.
-Oversee the design and implementation of culturally responsive and evidence-based programs.
-Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and community organizations.
-Drive innovation and promote a culture of inclusivity and equity.
