Job Description
The School Age Service Coordinator will provide case management and support with family maintenance through support and educational planning. SA Service Coordinator's primary focus is supporting family unity and maximizing educational opportunities.
Requirements: • BA/BS in Social Work Minimum to twelve months of experience
